Our company was founded in 1991 and has consistently maintained a goal of tenant and customer satisfaction. With over 500,000 square feet of space diversified across the Charlotte market by not only geography, but also by type of commercial real estate product, Silver Investments Limited can offer a diverse selection of potential properties to prospective tenants.

Our newest project, Granite Commerce Center was completed in November 2009. This 61,000 square foot, multi-building office-warehouse property offers small-tenant space in the I-77 South submarket of Charlotte.

Silver Investments Limited only leases, manages and develops properties in which it has an ownership interest. Doing so ensures that we have the greatest motivation to maintain tenant satisfaction, which in the long-term enhances owner value.
